I was a top performer at every stop, which taught me something most recruiters never learn firsthand: how fast a great hire can ramp in a brand-new industry, and what it takes to build a team around them.
At Salesforce, I helped take the company's new Financial Services Cloud to market, learning how to bring something the world hadn't bought yet to life, not just run an established motion. I later became the 2nd GTM hire at Axelar Foundation, building from the ground up through its acquisition by Circle.
